Air Preheater

  This air preheater   is the most important productivity tool in carbon black manufacture. The increase in reactor air preheat temperature increases yield, strengthens reaction conditions, saves quench water and improves the heating value of tail-gas for better utilization. The high cost of feedstock is spreading the use of the air preheater at&nbsp;even higher temperature in the range from 900   to 950&deg;C  .    
 
   We also supply air preheaters according to customer's special requirement within the above range.    
   The freely expanding tubes are not subject to any stress, minimizing the risk of twisted tube bundles, cracking of welds leading to catastrophic failure and bulging of shells.
