The Tsugaru Apple is cheesecake that melts in your mouth. Mount Iwaki is the pride of the Tsugaru region in Aomori Prefecture. The bright red apples grown in the fields at the foot of this mountain have united with Asa no Hakkoda cheesecake, creating a new Aomori dessert in which two different textures melt deliciously in your mouth.
