We also found that from vine growing to cellars and bottling lines, all their divisions are underwent a process of modern and new technology; thus we decided to import their wine to Hong Kong to be our first launch at the market. Viticultori Associati Canicatti, a 40 year old co-operative wine-cellar, situated at an area nestles up against the territories of Caltanissetta and Palermo stretching out to the coast of Agrigento, by integrating the traditional wine production technology and organizational innovation, makes the qualitative standard of excellent wines, enhancing the awareness of the sunniest and driest part of the island.
