Description
The cloud based queuing management system consists of a small server, a 10 inch tablet for getting a ticket, a 7 inch tablet for staffs to call the queuing number, and a WiFi thermal printer. All the settings can be configured by the cloud server. It supports multiple languages with clear sounds including English, Chinese, Spanish, Dutch, French, Russian, and Arabic.
 
The advantages of the cloud based queuing management system can save manpower and cost for the restaurant owner; and it can reduce opportunities for errors and unnecessary disputes as there is no need to record waiting list manually. After the ticket is collected, you don’t have to wait outside the restaurant, the mobile phone will automatically inform the guest for the real time queuing status with notification by simply scanning the QR code on the ticket.    This system do not require to register guest phone number and personal information to reduce leakage of privacy when getting the ticket.
 
The workflow is very easy:
  • Enter the number of people -> Get the ticket -> Scan QR code -> Check the mobile for the real time queuing status.
