- Dos Maderas are rums aged in Barbados and Guyana, then blended and shipped to our Bodegas in Jerez Spain for further ageing, using our Criadera and Solera System in casks which have aged our 20 Year Old Sherries.
- This perfect blend of rums rests for 10 years in the Caribbean and are then shipped to Jerez, where it rests at least another 5 years.
- These rums complete their unique and grandiose personality in American oak-wood casks which have previously contained an internationally renowned sherry with an age of over 20 year.
- The Pedro Ximénez sherry is extremely rich on the nose, with predominantly sweet notes of dried fruits such as raisins and figs accompanied by others of honey, caramelized fruit or cocoa beans.
- Velvety and viscous on the palate with a long, tasty finish.
- 37.5% alcohol content.
- Origin: Barbados, Spain.
- Miami Rum XP Tasting Competition 2013 – Gold.
- SF Spirits Competition 2013 – Silver.
