This Happycall double-sided pan is combined of two frying pans, one at the top and another at the bottom. The upper pan features a silicone edge that minimizes heat loss. This allows fast cooking while using low heat, and causes less smoke and odor to be produced. In addition, this prevents broths or food inside the pan from falling out when the pan is being flipped.
- Front drip tray: holds oil and liquids dripping down from the upper pan.
- Magnetic handle: allows the utensil to be closed more firmly and opened easily.
