My name is  Fabio Censuales  and I’m and industrial designer with a master degree achieved at Polytechnic of Milan in 2004 and with a post graduate course in fashion design for retail followed in 2005. Since I was at university I strengthen my competences thanks to experiences that shifted from marketing (product and communication) to public relations with a role as press officer in an important agency in Milan.
My last job as sales manager and some course like coaching gave me the opportunity to improve my commercial skills, beyond to make me travel around the world and gain a sensitivity about international trends and fashion.
A natural inclination to progress professionally and to seek new challenges , as well as a willingness to experiment what I have learned up to now, has led me to create my own business.
The first task was to create brands and collections designed by myself into 2013; second step will start from the beginning of 2014 and will be focused on promotion and sales.
The challenge has just begun and NGS www.nevergreyshopping.com is the platform that I’m creating for promote a business able to generate profit for me and for people that believe in my  Italian style .
The other side of NGS www.nevergreyshopping.com is represented by Ms. Emilia Rizzi, a psychologist specialized into sexology and a real fashion lover: she is very attracted by people who has an eclectic style, able to stand out from crowd and thanks to her passion for travelling she has been continuing to study carefully looks and trends visible in big cities and around the world.
It’s well know that in metropolis guys put great attention into meshing new colors and accessories, and it’s often there that new body languages and interaction between fashion and urban cultures creates new trends and different styles.
In NGS nevergreyshopping.com Ms. Emilia Rizzi will also work as community manager because social media will already represent strategic instruments to undiscover what today people really like. 
The interaction given by new media and the study of social phenomena like as the development of body image will be in fact the success of new companies that want to take part of the complex world of fashion.
Although we are recently born, with our online platform NGS www.nevergreyshopping.com and three collection created for 2014, today we offer a complete service of trend research and product design ready to be used or sold.
