Classification: Lambrusco D.0.C. Sorbara.
Production Area: Municipalities of Modena, Bastiglia, Nonantola, Bomporto all in Modena's outskirts.
Vinification: Minified in red, with maceration at a controlled temperature. The taking of froth, extremely slow, comes from a natural re-fermentation Charmat method.
Grapes: 100% lambrusco di Sorbara.
Color: Light ruby red with pink reflections
Foam: pale pink, fine and evanescent
Bouquet: The bouquet has the typical violet notes
Tasting notes: The taste is distinctly dry with a slight sapidity that, together with its freshness, gives the wine great elegance and a pleasant fruity aftertaste.
Gastronomic Coupling: Ideal to accompany any typical dish from Emilia's tradition, mainly tortellini and passatelli soup. Extraordinary with boiled and roasted meats. Its elegance and acidity makes it suitable even for fish dishes
