Low fermentation raw beer, not pasteurized and unfiltered. Blonde pale yellow, deep and veiled, with compact and persistent foam;
at the nose, citrus strong reflections of hops on a clean background of cereals. In the mouth, it is nice and pleasant with a clear
bittering finish, typical of the Pils beers.
