Shizuoka Matcha

This matcha is processed into matcha using `Tencha' grown pesticide-free in Japan (Shizuoka Prefecture).  It is also possible to dissolve it in hot water and drink it straight, but it is mainly recommended as a raw material for lattes, dishes, and sweets making. It is matcha with a beautiful green color and moderate astringency. Just add about 3% to 5% as a raw material for making lattes and other beverages and sweets, and you can create a menu similar to the one shown in the following photo. We are particular about the package and design a teacup with latte art on the matcha latte. When overseas demand of green tea became higher around 1914, we were exporting teas to the world.
