Britesky Co. Ltd. was established in 2006 in Hong Kong. The major shareholder Mr. Leo K.W. Chung had been in the gift, toys, electronic buisness. Since 1986, was shareholder and director of Goldmen Electronic Co. Ltd. which operated manufactory plant in Shenzhen with 6,000 workers during 1990-1995 manking electronic toys for European and American markets.

Ever since the establishment of Britesky Co. Ltd., added in manufactory of gift and home interior decoration apart from toys. In order to be competitive, manufactory plants are in Dongguan and Huizhou. Company attended more concern about the health of the children, in 2018 invented and patent registered for a story telling bedside lamp (educational) and backpacks with a scale to tell weight, aimed at protection of the spine of the body, to help children not to carry over-weighted books and stationery.
Due to the COVID-19 virus happened during early 2020, the company decided to develop health and wellness articles, trying to prevent from infection and let people to keep healthy. Several new articles were launched on the market such as Air Purifiers, UV Sterilizers, Oximeter and Non-contact Thermometer. In the hope to help people to relief from the pandemic.
