Grape Varieties: Blend of Cabernet Sauvignon-
Shiraz & Viognier
Colour: Deep red with a youthful purple hue.
Aromas: Fragrant perfumed and elegant with
lingering dark fruits, spice, pepper,
blackberry jam and violets.
Palate: Well-balanced tannins on the palate,
black fruits along with violet and subtle
hints of spices.
Ageing: Matured 12 months in French oak barrels.
Food Pairing: Pairs well with medium spicy
Asian cuisine, Indian kebab preparations, good
cuts of red meat, game, fowl and strong cheeses.
Serving Temperature: Best served at 18°C.
