Aims to promote the educational services of its affiliated organizations which name: Sichuan Changjiang Vocational College, Sichuan & Hong Kong Higher Education Teaching Research Specialized Committee, Friends of Sichuan Association (Hong Kong). All are owned or operated by the same person. Sichuan Changjiang Vocational College is a full-time college of higher education approved by Sichuan Provincial People's Government. The college now has 15,000 full-time students. Since it was established in 2010, the university has organized youth exchange and internship programme for more than 50 universities in Sichuan and 30 universities in Hong Kong. Friends of Sichuan Association (Hong Kong) is a non-profit making organization registered in Hong Kong. Mainly engaged in organizing exchange activities and providing a platform for exchanges, visits and learning between students from Hong Kong and Sichuan. Hong Kong Higher Education Teaching Research Specialized Committee is an academic organization and a member of Sichuan Higher Education Society.
