Yes, we can provide samples for most of our products. However, we do charge for sample fee and delivery fee. If you place an order, we will reimburse you for the sample fee.
5. What kind of package do you use?
Flat pack, polyhedral and 5-ply corrugated cartons are used for disassembly. For LCL and samples, plywood shells or honeycomb cardboard will be considered for strengthening to avoid damage during shipping. Any damage during shipment, we will take care of it to satisfy our clients.
6. Is your product easy to assemble?
There are assembly instructions for each box. You will receive our assembly video if you need it.
