Jointly organised by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) and Messe Frankfurt (HK) Ltd and co-organised by the Environment and Ecology Bureau of the HKSAR Government, the Expo will run from\u00a014\u00a0to\u00a017 December at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC). The last day of the event on\u00a017 December (Public Day)<\/strong>\u00a0is open to the public for free to encourage them to take part in green activities and practise green living.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The Expo is expected to attract over\u00a0220\u00a0exhibitors from nine countries and regions including Chinese Mainland, Singapore and Taiwan in Asia, and France, Germany and Sweden from Europe. The Canadian and Japanese pavilions will also return this year<\/strong>, with the Japanese pavilion showcasing its largest line-up ever of innovative technology and products from the environmental protection sector.<\/p>

Nine thematic zones are to be featured this year, including \u201cGreen Transportation\u201d, \u201cWaste Management and Circular Economy\u201d and \u201cStartup Zone\u201d. Among them, the hydrogen bus on display at the “Green Transportation” zone\u00a0<\/strong>is one of the spotlights, along with other latest electric vehicles and charging facilities.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
