breakdown of individual products. However, <strong>any significant changes in business operations, such as discontinuing products or introducing new materials, must be reported within 6 months.<\/strong><\/p><p>The\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gesetze-im-internet.de\/bedggstv\/__2a.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">mandatory FCM notification<\/a> comprises the followings:<\/p><ul><li>Company Information<\/li><li>Facility Information &amp; Its Type of Activities<\/li><li>Group of Material Articles according to Annex I of Regulation <a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/EN\/TXT\/?uri=CELEX:02004R1935-20210327\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">(EC) 1935\/2004<\/a><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Failure to adhere to the mandatory notification can result in fines of up to 50,000
