Bright yellow colour with greenish tinges. White-pulp fruit aromas and light floreal notes on the nose. Dry and nicely crisp with a pleasant acidity, aromatic aftertaste and fine as well as lively perlage.
Vinification: Soft pressing of the grapes at a controlled temperature with the addition of selected yeasts. Slow second fermentation in “cuve close” at a low temperature.
Accompaniments: Aperitifs, appetizers, white meat and fish.
Service temp.: Serve chilled (8° - 10° C).
