Tasting notes
Visually it has a shinning and brilliant gold colour. It has an intense and complex nose which is totally different to the Albariños we are used to. Ripen fruit specially stewed apple over a mineral background. A fine selection of the harvest which results in the palate fullbodied, flavoursome and with an excellently wellbalanced acidity after being aged 24 months in lees. Really different and a delicious “jewel” to taste and drink with almost everything food due to his character.
