Automatic Labelling Machine (ALM) is designed for packing department to save labour in pasting labels on hangtags. The operation is very simple. First, operator loads the hangtags into the material container and the roll of pre-printed labels to the wheel. Align the label position. Then press the start button. The labelling process commences automatically.

ALM currently has four different models: ALM-02/ALM-03/ALM-05/ALM-06.

ALM-02 is for pasting labels on hangtags that go along with the product. It has standard version (S) and a large version (L). Standard version can handle hangtag of size 200mm X 200mm and large version can handle hangtag size 300mm X 210mm.

ALM-03 is for printing and pasting labels on hangtags that go along with the product. It has standard version (S) and a large version (L). Standard version can handle hangtag of size 200mm X 200mm and large version can handle hangtag size 300mm X 210mm.

ALM-05 is for printing pasting labels on packaging boxes that go along with the product. The maximum height of the box is 500mm.

ALM-06 is for printing and pasting barcode labels on an RFID cards and then pairing the internal RFID physical number with the barcode which serves as bundle ticket number for garment production. The paired number is sent to the user’s production database directly.
