- 100% full payment in advance in order to save bank charge
- Or 50% for deposit, 50% balance before delivery
- Delivery: all is made to order, for small order (below 10pcs) the production lead time is 2-3 weeks after receiving full payment. For bulk order, production lead time is 3-4 weeks after receiving deposit and order confirmation
- We may take longer time for your order and notice you the specific time required. During the Chinese public holidays, the shipping time will be extended
- Hong Kong post/ EMS/ SF express/ UPS/ DHL/ TNT/ Fedex that normally takes 2-5 days for Asia delivery and 7-14 days for overseas. Please contact us for any of your specified shipping agent.
- Sometimes shipment may take longer delivery due to the strict custom clearance/ peak season/ bad weather condition or other uncertain circumstances. If your goods have been missed or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible
