Only grapes from the 2010 harvest from our oldest chardonnay vines planted in our best soils are the soul of this vintage cuvee. It represents a mere 4% of our production.
Secondary fermentation and ageing "on the lees" for 36 months minimum.

To the eye, a bright beautiful string of lively bubbles rising through a yellow gold hue.
The nose is still discreet, with notes of candied citrus and tuberoses.
On the palate, the attack is direct, with a persistent sharp fresh quality, characterized by a long tense lemony finish.
