Mediomics has developed innovative products to measure cAMP in one step– the Bridge-It®  cAMP designer assay system and the Bridge-It®  cAMP all in one assay system.  These homogeneous assay systems can be used to measure cAMP in cultured adherent and non-adherent cells. The Bridge-It®  designer assay is the preferred for determining cAMP in attached , ethanol extraction of cells, or cell pellets. The Bridge-It®  cAMP all in one assay is designed as a one-step method to determine cAMP in suspension cells after direct cell lysis. It is ideal for high-throughput screening for drug discovery targeting to G-protein coupled receptors (GPCR).  The Bridge-It® cAMP assay is highly specific. ATP, AMP, and cGMP have all been tested for selectivity.
