CHICCO D’UVA Organic Grasparossa Grape Juice wine
PRODUCTION AREA: hills and foothills area of the southern parts of Modena province.
VINES: 100% Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro.
VINIFICATION: soft-pressing, cold maceration and stabilization.
STORAGE: refrigerated stainless steel silos.
BOTTLING: isobaric bottling, after sterile filtration at ambient temperature.
LONGEVITY: within the first year after bottling.
ALCOHOLIC CONTENT: around 170g per liter.
PACKAGING: 750 ml bottle, screw cork; boxes of 6 bottles.
COLOUR: intense ruby red with purple nuances.
FRAGRANCE: fruity, black cherries and ripe berries.
TASTE: dense and pleasent, fresh, fruity and harmonious.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 8-10°C.
ADVICE: suitable for desserts, breakfasts, breaks in general and in every moment of the day out of meals. Suitable for kids and old people.
