For the production of the base wine, the grapes, coming from the “Vinho Verde” region, were carefully selected and vinified, aiming to obtain a fresh sparkling wine. The second fermentation was conducted slowly and at a low temperature in order to maintain all the characteristics from the base wine, adding a very delicate aroma and a persistent tiny bubble. The wine is then bottled after stabilization.
Tasting Notes: Casal Garcia Sparkling Vinho Verde Rosé is a very expressive nectar with scents of red berries, wild strawberries and floral notes. It presents a delicate bubble that reinforces the refreshing character of this wine. Elegant and intense, its finish is marked by a vibrant freshness.
Recommendations: Ideal for all moments of celebration, joy and happiness. It pairs well with a wide range of dishes and desserts, such as Oriental food, sea food or desserts like wild berries pie.
Recommended temperature of consumption: between 6 and 8 º C.
