This bottle of Cava Brut Nature Arte Mayor is fermented in new oak barrels prior to the second fermentation. The nose is fragrant and super-expressive with hints of slates, minerals, cloves, fresh herbs and melons. On the palate, it is mouthy-filling, crisp and intense with excellent length.
