Tasting notes: This dry white wine has abundant tropical fruit flavours of passion fruit, grapefruit and figs on the nose. The wine is beautifully complemented by crisp natural acidity resulting in a full, well balanced mouth-feel.
Vineyard practices: Grapes were selected from award winning vineyards planted in ideal terroir, cool climate, high altitude and close proximity to the sea.
Cellar practices: The grapes were handpicked (mornings only), kept in skin contact for four to six hours and pressed. The juice was cold-fermented in stainless steel tanks with the aid of selected yeast strains. After fermentation the wine was kept on the primary lees for four months. Our unwooded Sauvignon Blanc is best enjoyed while still fresh and vibrant.
