Traditional Method: gentle pressing, bottle fermentation, aging, riddling, and disgorging

Aged for at least 12 months on slats

Tasting Notes

A beautiful salmon-pink color with expressive aromas of crushed strawberry and a hint of butter. The palate is complex and fruity with generous bubbles and a supple, rounded finish.
