The Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG is made from 90% Glera, 5% Bianchetta and 5% Verdiso grapes harvested in the last ten days of September. The sparkling wine has gone through primary fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 15-16°C for 10 days. The secondary fermentation occurs in stainless steel autoclaves at a temperature of about 14-15°C for about 40 days.
