Cordyceps Flower belongs to the fungus family. It is aromatic, highly nutritious and can help to harmonize and improve the body’s immune system. Cordyceps flowers are often used in Chinese cuisine as a base for soups. In Mrs. So’s Cordyceps Flower Sauce, it is blended it with wolfberries, white fungus, honey and miso to create a multi-dimensional flavor.
Suggested Uses: Spice up steamed tofu and stir fried vegetables with this sauce.
