The dry white -wine is made of 100% Arneis, classified as D.O.C.G. (controlled & origin guaranteed), contains 13.5% alcoholic variant in different vintages, which is aged in steel after grape harvested and bottled in December annually.

Color is Intense straw yellow with green highlight. Intense complex Bouque, with hints of camomile, peach and apricot. Tastes Dry, but well balanced with fruit acidity.

Good pairing (as aperitif served in 8 – 10 ° C) with starters, pasta dishes, fish and white meat. Due to its high alcoholic content, taste still to be good year after harvested, even can be kept for years.

Gordon’s Comment: Nose Camomile, dry with apricot taste, excellent aperitif.
