In 2007,Dujiangyan kiwifruit obtained the protection of national geographical indications, and in 2022, it wasawarded the protection of agricultural product geographical indications. It is one of the few localindustries operating with a "double geographical indications + regional public brand", enjoying highreputation both at home and abroad. In 2025, the brand value of Dujiangyan kiwifruit reached 4.324billion yuan.
