This Fonte Bella uses a brewing method of low pressure vacuum to extract the yeast. The whole fermentation process of this white wine is controlled at 12 degree Celsius with open lid. This lemon-colored refreshing wine has fragrant fruity aromas with a great mouth feel. This wine is best consumed between 10 to 12 degree Celsius and goes well with different kinds of fish, shellfish and meat.
