For Me Glow is an AI-powered smart lighting solution that adapts to your body, not the clock. Developed by Sleepwave Inc., a spin-off venture from LG Electronics, it reads real-time biosignals — heart rate, brainwave activity, and breathing — to automatically adjust light color temperature and intensity throughout the night and day.

Unlike static circadian lighting, For Me Glow shifts dynamically between a warm 1800K sleep tone and a bright 6500K wake tone, guided by your body's actual state rather than a fixed schedule. It also integrates 405nm visible-light antimicrobial technology, continuously supporting a cleaner sleep environment without UV exposure.

The technology has been studied in collaboration with leading research institutions and published in an international peer-reviewed sleep science journal.
