Fortulla white comes from a parcel of our vineyard that has clay soil and is particularly rich in fragmented limestone.
The grapes are manually harvested and pressed after careful hand selection. The must is then fermented in stainless steel vats and aged on its lees for a few months.
The wine is pale yellow, with peach, yellow apple, pineapple and wild flowers on the nose.
On the palate the wine is fresh and fruity, wit ha pronounced minerality.
Food pairings: ideal with white meats, fish and seafood.
We recommend a serving temperature of 8-10°C.
