Radiant aromas reminiscent of apple peel, kumquat, and light brioche. The lively perlage, together with the youthful acidity on the palate, ensures freshness and elegance. The delicate mineral structure provides expression and gives support and tension.

VINIFICATION
Cuvée of Silvaner and Riesling. Hand-picked and gently processed. 12 months on the lees. Disgorged in July 2024.
