Production: made with the marc of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc used to make the TÂM Bolgheri Superiore DOC, after distillation in selection with steam by the artisanal distillery Nannoni in Tuscany. 
Aging: 18 months in French oak
Alcohol Vol.: 42 % alcohol
Methylic Alcohol: 0,18 mg/cm3
Characteristics: brilliant antique gold, elegant bouquet of spices and Mediterranean herbs, fine notes of boisé on a background of dried prunes and vanilla. In the mouth, soft, full and dry, of a purity and sensuality almost austere that recall the aromas before, then a long and warm finale. A perfect ending to a perfect evening, an ideal companion to a good Tuscan cigar.  
Poducer notes: The red lady on the label, through her direct gaze, speaks to us of a strong will tempered by a soft sensuality, a prefect portrait of the golden grappa awaiting inside the bottle.
