  Firm Background  
Sun On-Sunnex International Holdings Ltd (Sun On) is founded in 1987. Sun On has its head office in Hong Kong. We are a manufacturing specialist on light-woven, fashion items with offices in New York and Hong Kong. Factories are located in Hangzhou, China. We focus on light-woven, ladies’ apparels/ accessories and provide OEM, ODM, Private Label and OBM services. Our factory has acquired an international standard award of ISO 9001 and apply AQL2.5 quality control standard. We have an independent QC team that controlled & managed by HK head office. We are on high quality, fashion apparels/accessories at reasonable price. 

  Quality Management Process  
We define quality as fabric quality, cutting quality, workmanship quality, technical quality and services quality. We position ourselves at high quality ladies' garment supplier and to achieve this,
 
1) We have an independent Quality Assurance team. The Head of QA is based in Hong Kong and she oversees the 10 China–based QA professionals to ensure quality of our products.
2) We also have one Head of Technician in Hong Kong who oversees the 4 China-based technicians. 

  Our QA procedure is defined as follows:  
1) Each production unit team has a unit QC responsible for the quality of their corresponding production unit team;
2) All the bulk order output after checked by unit QC (first layer) will then go to general QC team(second layer). This QC team is independent and reports directly to the Head of QC in Hong Kong.
3) The final checkpoint is through our packaging unit (third layer) which also has a responsibility in quality checking. They will also report to Head of QC in Hong Kong so that the check-and-balance system is appropriate implemented.
4) For Sun On, we implement 100% full QC check on our bulk production -i.e. each piece is checked by our general QCs which we believe help ensure the product quality.   

  Social Responsibilities  
Our factory has been awarded with a GOLD certificate by WRAP and employs a strong social compliance team who performs periodic factory inspection prior to and during production. Our factory Hangzhou HongKing Fashion is a WRAP certified factory. Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production (WRAP) is an independent, objective, non-profit team of global social compliance experts dedicated to promoting safe, lawful, humane and ethical manufacturing around the world through certification and education.
At Sun On, one of our focuses is to make a contribution to the communities we live in. Our founder, Mr. Frank Lau, Honorary President of the Hong Kong Baptist University Foundation, has been  actively involved in public welfare works on education and has given financial support to local communities and governments.
