2. Usage Instruction

• Preheat oven to required temperature. Do not exceed 200°C.
• Place food in bag and close with tie supplied, leave plenty of air inside for browning.
• Snip small hole in bag to allow excess steam to escape. Place in deep roasting dish and cook in centre of oven. Bag must not touch oven walls, racks, heating elements or roof of oven.
• When cooking is complete, take dish from oven, cut bag open and take out food - use juices to make tasty gravy.
