- Helan Mountain Xiao Feng Chardonnay Dry White Wine showcases the vineyards located on the East Slope of the renowned sub-region of Ningxia, Helan Mountain. It is Chinese protected geographical indication product. Our vineyard was established in 1997. The excellent climate of generous sunshine, unique soils and water together with our experienced winemakers delivers an elegantly crafted wine. Only 12500 bottles were produced in vintage 2014.
- This wine is made from hand selected Chardonnay and it displays yellow and youthful green hues. It has ripe notes of melon and white peach with citrus fruit notes and a toasty, almond and brioche oak complexity.
- Helan Mountain Xiao Feng Chardonnay Dry White wine is 100% whole bunch pressed and matured in French oak barrels for a minimum of 12 months.
