This induction motor on-line diagnosis system is developed to identifying various electrical and mechanical defects in low-voltage motors using current and vibration signals. A diagnosis algorithm is applied in the system to increase the accuracy of diagnosis. The system can minimize the effect of unexpected failures related with motor itself as well as motor related equipment and processes in industry.
