Sponge cake made with JIYOURAN eggs (eggs laid by healthy hens that are fed with special feed called JIYOUSO) and selected flour to make fluffy and elastic dough.  Also, original brand honey is used making it easy to digest.  The production places high importance in its baking temperature in order to ensure consistent flavour.
