Grapes picked fully by hand at perfect maturity, whole bunches pressed delicately by air bag press, after clarification, alcoholic fermentation and ageing in stainless steel tank.

Very fresh with a pleasant acidity, it shows intense fruits and flowers aromas such as Jasmine and lime. Best enjoyed very chilled.
