Fujicco "Caspian Sea Yogurt" is our premium yogurt made from 100% raw milk from Hokkaido, and lactic acid bacteria Lactococcus lactis subsp. cremoris FC. Fermented at a low temperature over a long period of time, this plain yogurt has a viscous texture and extremely-mild acid flavor completely different from common yogurt on the market. With mild acidity, the yogurt can be served plain, or used as topping or ingredient in a variety of recipes.
