LEDiL SPECTRE is a patent-pending optical innovation designed to help lighting manufacturers reduce blue light in outdoor and area lighting without the traditional efficiency penalty. Until now, reducing blue light has often meant accepting lower lumen output, more absorbed energy, or compromises in optical performance. SPECTRE changes this by reshaping the spectrum to create a warmer light appearance with the blue content almost completely removed. At the same time, efficiency stays close to the level of a bare LED, depending on the LED, spectrum, and selected light distribution.

Designed especially for street, urban, and outdoor area lighting, SPECTRE-Y lenses support applications where reduced blue light, lower light pollution, and high optical performance are all important.
