Desiccated Coconut is a de-shelled, pared, washed, milled, blanched, dried, sifted and hygienically packed meat of the fresh and mature flesh of coconut. It is a finely ground coconut, rather than bigger strips. It features a pleasant, fresh taste of the nut rather than being artificially sweet.
