Energy Saving - Low Liquor Ratio Overflow Dyeing Machine

GLFX model is specially designed for light and medium fabrics pre-treatment, dyeing and post-treatment. With low tension fabric transport system ,fabric is floating and relaxed inside the chamber. Driven by the dye liquor, friction between fabric and inner kier is less which alows fabric to run smoothly, thus avoiding scratching problems. Maximum speed can reach 600m/min for a good dyeing result without any crease mark. Suitable for spandex or low tension fabrics special running requirement, also for crease-mark sensitive fabrics, i.e., Micro-fiber, heavy twist fabric, woven fabric, hem fabric, warp knitted fabric, etc.
Environmental-friendly and Energy Saving: Low dye liquor and circulation system, which can reduce liquor ratio to as low as 1:4～8
Changeable and Adjustable Nozzle: According to different fabrics, different size of nozzle can be changed quickly and the nozzle gap can be adjusted, which can reduce work intensity and ensure dyeing quality
Low tension of fabric transportation system can effectively prevent scratch problems and enhance dyeing quality
