The grape variety comes from Tomelloso in the country house “Casa Puebla”.
Fermentation and maceration: the fermentation time lasts 15 days at 14ºC after 10 hours of maceration.
Sensory tasting: visually it is bright with golden iridescence. Clean and good intensity in nose, with fruity aromas of frost-covered fruit and pleasant creamy hints. Well structured in mouth, long, full of flavour and well integrated acidity, balanced. On the nose, it is smooth and clean.
Serving temperature: 10-12ºC.
Food match: it is a privileged partner for rock fish, game and meat dishes in sauces.
