Classification: Classic method with minimal aging on the yeasts of 36 months
Vinification: Pure Sorbara grapes vinified in white and naturally referenced in bottle according to Classic Method. The best bunches are selected and hand picked from our vineyards located in Nonatola, Via Mavoro 68. After fermentation at a controlled temperature, the bottles lay in stocks for at least 36 months during which they refine on the yeasts.

Bouquet: The scents are mineral, melt with bread crust notes, together with chestnuts and French croissant t's hints.
Tasting notes: Pleasantly structured and fullbodied, harmonic and elegant with a nice sapidity and fragrance.
Gastronomic Coupling: Due to its organoleptic characteristics it is a very versatile wine. It is ideal as an aperitif, but also suitable to go along with starters, main pasta and risotto courses or white meats.
