Instruction for use:

1. Confirm the gap/space thickness.

2. Confirm the thickness of the adhesive required for the foam

3. The thickness of the space minus the thickness of the adhesive is the space actually filled by the foam.

4. Find the material in the Foam Application Guide based on the application location.

For example, for the application for LCD gasket, its actual filling space is 0.20mm, then it is corresponding to PZ-145-0.5t-P and PZ-200-0.5t-P. Furthermore, Customers can filter by experience or determine by installation test.
