Deep, golden straw-coloured robe. Very fine bubbles. Opens with well-developed, ample and powerful aromas of fresh yellow fruits, supported by hints of vanilla and hazelnuts. A connoisseurs' champagne, this vintage will be greatly appreciated as an aperitif or with a starter. Its finesse makes it the perfect accompaniment to fish and shellfish.

Vinification in oak casks (large-capacity barrels): 8 months on average.
